- Built the full product in Next.js and TypeScript on Vercel with a Convex backend: workouts, set logging, progressions, progress history, account export and deletion.
- Built a video import pipeline that turns public TikTok, Instagram and YouTube workout videos into editable workouts, with cancellable, resumable jobs.
- Integrated Clerk sign-in and Stripe subscriptions through RevenueCat Web Billing.
- Grew organic search to roughly 15,000 monthly Google impressions with ten free tools, a blog, Markdown page variants and an llms.txt for AI search.
Bloomin, Founder, designer and engineer
bloominapp.comGoal-based savings concept that locks money until the goal is reached. Design stage, waitlist open.
- Prototyped the full app flow: onboarding, goals, locking and progress.
- Built the Next.js marketing site and waitlist; organic search impressions reached about 4,000 within the first few weeks.
- Defined the product mechanics, design system and copy.
