## Projects

### Guppy — Founder and sole engineer (guppyfitness.com)

Workout tracker for the web. Live, with paying subscribers.

- Built the full product in Next.js and TypeScript on Vercel with a Convex backend: workouts, set logging, progressions, progress history, account export and deletion.
- Built a video import pipeline that turns public TikTok, Instagram and YouTube workout videos into editable workouts, with cancellable, resumable jobs.
- Integrated Clerk sign-in and Stripe subscriptions through RevenueCat Web Billing.
- Grew organic search to roughly 15,000 monthly Google impressions with ten free tools, a blog, Markdown page variants and an llms.txt for AI search.

### Bloomin — Founder, designer and engineer (bloominapp.com)

Goal-based savings concept that locks money until the goal is reached. Design stage, waitlist open.

- Prototyped the full app flow: onboarding, goals, locking and progress.
- Built the Next.js marketing site and waitlist; organic search impressions reached about 4,000 within the first few weeks.
- Defined the product mechanics, design system and copy.

- Run everything a small software business needs: product design, Next.js and TypeScript development, backend and billing with Convex, Clerk and Stripe, deployment on Vercel, SEO content, analytics and customer support.
- Guppy is live and taking subscriptions; Bloomin has an open waitlist.

### Assistant Manager, Tavern Hospitality Group (November 2023 to October 2024)

- Run shifts, resolve customer complaints and make sure staff duties are completed.
- Train staff on safe and sanitary food handling.

### General Manager, Lefty's Cheesesteaks (December 2021 to November 2023)

- Owned daily P&L, cost control, recruiting and scheduling for the store.
- Ran weekly inventory and ordering, daily reporting and record keeping.

### Pre-Sales Representative, EverQuote (August 2020 to November 2021)

- Made 250 to 750 outbound calls a day, remotely with minimal supervision.
- Qualified and transferred warm leads to licensed agents with accurate CRM notes.

### Assistant Manager, Taco Bell (March 2017 to July 2020)

- Resolved customer complaints and supervised shift duties.
